The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is Northern Ireland’s regional housing authority. The goal of the NIHE is to provide everyone with the opportunity to access decent, affordable housing in safe and sustainable communities, deliver excellent housing services, develop strategies to influence the wider housing market and work with others to foster urban and rural renewal and contribute to improved health and social well-being. The 37 district offices across the Province are the main points of contact between the NIHE and the public. District offices provide a range of services including maintenance, repairs, housing benefit, rent collection, allocations, transfers, housing management, consultation on schemes and work with community groups.
