Overview
What is it?
If you receive the low or high rate mobility component of Disability Living Allowance, are registered partially-sighted, have a learning disability known to your Health and Social Services Trust, or are unable to get a driving licence on medical grounds, you can get a pass which will give you half fares on public transport in Northern Ireland.

How do I get it?
For more information about this you can contact a local advice service.

The concessionary half-fare SmartPass is free of charge but you will need to provide a passport-size colour photograph. You can get an application form from any main bus or train station. You can also get a concessionary fare application form from Social Security offices or from your local Health and Social Services Trust. Your pass will last for five years.
